Terms of service

Kartlix sells digital products — subscriptions, licences, templates and downloadable bundles. Everything is delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout.

Product descriptions, durations and inclusions are shown on each product page. Where a warranty period is stated, that is the window in which we will replace a product that stops working through no fault of yours.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include all applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Payment is handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.

An order is confirmed only once payment is verified. If verification fails, no product is delivered and any amount captured is returned through the original payment method.

Licence keys are generated automatically and emailed immediately after payment clears. Delivery normally completes within a few minutes.

If something goes wrong during automatic delivery, your order is still recorded and our team will deliver manually. Contact support with your order reference and we will resolve it.

Licences are for your own use. Reselling, sharing or redistributing a key without written permission voids it and any associated warranty.

You are responsible for keeping your keys and account credentials secure.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Third-party services we resell are governed by their own terms, which continue to apply to your use of them.

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
